Description
Radial centrifuge for 24 frames LR or 6 frames DB with manual and electric drive at 12 or 220V with analog controller.
The motor that drives it has a power of 5000W.
Transmission is provided by belts and pulleys.
Frames are placed in the extractor in the direction of the shaft, which allows more frames to be placed in smaller barrels.
When extracting honey with a radial centrifuge, 70% of the honey is extracted from the frames, the least honey comes out of the part of the frame that is closer to the shaft, and the frames do not have to be rotated.
The tangential extractors has a very high efficiency, because it can pull all the honey out of the frames during extraction.
The disadvantage of tangential centrifuges is that during the spinning process itself, the frames must be rotated manually.
The basket is set up for radial extraction and it comes with 4 extensions for tangential extraction.
The maximum size of the frame that can fit in the basket of this centrifuge is 480 x 260 mm for radial and 480 x 335 mm for tangential use.
It is made of stainless steel 304 sheets 0.8 mm thick with plasticized beam and legs.
This makes it long-lasting, and above all suitable for the food industry and work with honey.
The transparent lid allows you to look inside the centrifuge and monitor the release of honey during spinning. There is also no need to turn the frames when spinning. These characteristics make it suitable for amateur beekeepers, as well as professionals who want a quality centrifuge that will serve them for many years.
