It is made entirely of INOX 304.
It has two layers that are partitioned with three INOX 304 walls.
The first layer is insulating with glass wool, and the second is for heating.
Thermal oil or water can be used for heating if desired.
There is a drain for excess oil / water at the bottom.
It can also be used to make syrup or invert sugar.
It has two 6kW heaters as well as thermoregulation.
At the customer’s request, it is possible to make larger duplicators.
